ABOUT Me

The agents on my former team trusted in my capabilities as a REALTOR® to often seek my advice in transaction problems. My role could change during the transaction as needed, as well being heavily involved and sometimes, depending on the situation, more involved than the agent and closing anywhere from 200 deals a year. Over the course of the past 20+ years, that’s a lot of transaction scenarios I've seen! This experience has provided a lot of insight along the way and the ability to think outside the box. 

 

I have a system in place for each type of transaction fine-tuned over many years of handling deals from start to finish that is virtually bullet proof. It allows me to handle a tremendous amount of closings with our clients feeling like they are kept in the loop and touched by us each and every week, incorporating friendly reminders along the way to clients and you as the agent.

There's a lot of pride that goes into a job well done and I take keeping my agents, their clients and mine more than happy very seriously.  The promise that I can make is that you won't be disappointed! I was born and raised in the Richmond area and have planted my roots with my husband and two kids in the beautiful country side.  When time to spare I like archery, fishing and have a huge love for everything techy!
